Bearsted to Leeds Castle

A perfect day,the spring sunshine burning the mist off by 0900.A walk to Leeds using the country lanes which are quiet around here.A picture of Leeds church with Oast houses in the foreground.Leeds Castle was fairly quiet as we went through on the public footpaths.
Crossing the cricket pitch on the way back,we came to the George Public house in Leeds ,which was welcoming, and had a good selection of food and you can see a picture of Beef pie with bubble and squeak!Back across the fields this time ,not too muddy as we skirted the orchards, and passed St Nicholas church at Otham.A good walk in very good weather of about 8 miles.
