HUCKING

THIS MUST BE THE HIGHEST STILE IN KENT

THE PICTURE BELOW IS ANOTHER WITH THAT IMPRESSIONIST QUALITY,WHICH IS ODD BECAUSE IT HASN'T BEEN TAMPERED WITH.

From the nature reserve car park we set off past the church, pausing to admire a frolicking Spitfire in invasion markings, and then turned north across country, finding a footpath totally overgrown we had to go off piste and stumbled upon a friendly gamekeeper who pointed us to our destination. At forge farm we went to fourayes and then into Gorham wood and then back to the reserve.
Mushrooms were picked ,and having not heard of any sudden deaths, were enjoyed later.
6 miles 6 chaps sunny.
