On a very cloudy day with rain forecast six of us met up by the Cliff top Café at Folkstone , we never planned this as a long walk but a get together and stroll
We started off in the Cliff Top café just as it opened and Mr   GY treated us all to a drink, this is worth mentioning as we then had to stop him crying . Most of the party then tucked into food in various forms served by some very nice ladies .
The café is well worth a visit not only for its excellent service and food but the views
After being refreshed we slowly walked along the cliff top path towards Folkstone to the Battle of Britain Memorial site especially to see the newly opened building
Again recommend you pay them a visit
Then simply back to the start point no distance at all but a pleasant day in good company
Sorry but mainly due to the rubbish weather photos rather tame
